An F-100D Super Sabre accompanied by a two seat F-100F climb into the late summer sky over Iowa in late 1976. As did most units, the 124th Tactical Fighter Squadron of the Iowa Air National Guard added special livery to their aircraft to celebrate the American Bicentennial year.
