Colonel John Landers, CO of the 78th Fighter Group, flies his elaborately decorated mount, "Big Beautiful Doll" over Southern Germany in the Spring of 1945. Having flown several previous models of the Mustang, this was Lander's favorite and he flew it through the end of the war in Europe in May, 1945, ending up with a final score of 14.5 aerial victories, and a further 20 aircraft destroyed on the ground. Accompanied by his wingman who has just called out "Tally Ho", Landers will drop his auxiliary tanks and join in the fracas with the Mustang's most dangerous antagonist, the Messerschmitt Me-262
